IPU condemns Israel's practices in Palestinian areas

The Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), wrapping up its proceedings in Burkina Faso Friday, condemned the Israeli practices, murder of civilians and children, demolition of houses and attacks targeting the economic infrastructure of the Palestinian society.
The IPU, in which Egypt participated with a delegation under People's Assembly Speaker Ahmad Fathi Sorour, called on Israel to withdraw its armed forces immediately from areas adjacent to the Palestinian towns and villages and to freeze all colonialist settlement activities.
