Gulf trade ministers to meet on September 25th

The trade ministers in the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states convene their 28th meeting in the Bahraini capital in order to discuss several issues aiming at revitalizing Arab Gulf economic cooperation.
Among these issues are supporting trade exchange and E- commerce, and stock exchange by the GCC six member states. In a statement, the assistant secretary general for economic affairs at the council's general secretariat Ajlaan al-Kawari said that secretaries of the trade ministries on Tuesday held a preliminary meeting during which discussions dealt with means of supporting trade exchange among the GCC member states, eliminating obstacles impeding the flow of commodities and services among these states as well as proposing new fields of cooperation among these state in trade area.
The meeting also discussed GCC states relations with international economic aggregations and also reports about works of the technical committee which was convened since the recent meeting of the trade cooperation committee.
