Delegations from the Kuwaiti Fund to visit Damascus

Technical delegations representing the Kuwaiti Fund for social and economic development will visit Syria very soon to study offering loans to Syria at a value estimated at USD 350 million to be distributed on the three coming years.
The visiting delegation will hold talks at the Syrian state planning commission to contribute to the project of fighting unemployment in Syria.
Another Kuwaiti Fund delegation will complete discussions started earlier in Damascus on providing waters to Damascus through bringing waters to it from other areas.
Worthy mentioning that total loans given by the Fund to Syria since 1969 until the present times are estimated at USD 1 billion.
