King Abdullah to visit Washington

The Jordanian King Abdullah II will on Wednesday pay a visit to the USA which will last for one week during which he will be meeting with the US President George Bush and high ranking US officials and will be attending the world Summit for Children due to be held shortly in New York in his capacity as the chairman of the Arab summit.
Jordanian sources said that the Jordanian King talks with the US officials will deal with the tense conditions in the Middle East and the events in the Palestinian territories and means of getting out of the drastic conditions in the ME region to eliminate this situation as well as bilateral economic relations.
