Memorandum of arrest against Riyadh Seif

The first investigation judge in Damascus on Thursday issued a memorandum of arrest against member of the Syrian parliament Riyadh Seif because of accusing him of violating the rules, after the completion of current investigations, SANA reported. Permission was given to reserve arrest by the speaker of the Syrian parliament on September 6, 2001.
