Arab follow up committee meets at the level of AL representatives

The Arab movement and follow up committee stemmed from the Arab League on Wednesday held its meeting at the AL premises at the level of the AL representatives.
In its meeting, the committee discussed several issues including the report of the AL secretary general on following up the implementation of the recommendations issued by the follow up committee in its previous meetings, regarding support to the Palestinian Intifada, another report on trying the Israeli war criminals, and work to resume convening the conference of countries that are members at the fourth Geneva agreement for 1949 as well as backing Lebanon, financially and politically in confronting Israel's occupation of part of its territories.
Before the convening of the said meeting, a source at the AL said that all these items are resolutions issued by the recent Arab summit which was held in Amman.
Worthy mentioning that the AL movement and follow up committee includes 10 Arab states in its membership. They are Syria, Egypt, Lebanon, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Tunisia, Morocco, Bahrain, Yemen as well as the AL secretary general.
