Greece hails Mrs. Mubarak role in reviving library of Alexandria

Deputy governor of Athens hailed Mrs. Suzanne Mubarak role in reviving Library of Alexandria heritage and her relentless and effective support of re-building and restoring the library. This in addition to her various activities in the field of upgrading children, women and family. The deputy governor described these efforts as fruitful.
This came during the festival held by the Greek capital directorate in cooperation with the Egyptian Cultural Centre in the context of Greek government celebrations marking the anniversary of Library of Alexandria and its role in the Mediterranean culture.
Meanwhile, chairman of Egyptian cultural centre Hisham A1 Asmar praised Greece and its continuous efforts to promote the cultural exchange with Egypt.
