The first financing to fighting unemployment in Syria from Kuwait

The Syrian state planning commission and the Kuwaiti Fund for Arab economic development are studying suitable means that the Fund will finance a plan to fight unemployment. A plan approved by the Syrian government and states to spend USD one billion in projects that would contribute to fighting unemployment in Syria.

A source a the Kuwaiti Fund said that it was actually decided that the Fund will give a sum of USD 100 million to contribute to financing this project.

However, the two sides are studying a prospect set by the state's planning commission in Syria that states to encourage the establishment of small and intermediate projects and to train and qualify the Syrian labor force.
