A Syrian- Palestinian economic cooperation agreement signed

The Palestinian minister of industry Saad al-Karnaz said that a cooperation agreement between Syria and Palestine, was signed between the two sides, avails exempting the Palestinian commodities from the Syrian customs fees, as well as paving the way for other agreements stating to install a direct aviation line between Damascus and Gaza International airport.
The Palestinian TV Satellite station quoted minister al-Karnaz as saying in a press conference he held at the premises of the ministry in Gaza on Sunday that the said meeting was signed during official meetings between the Palestinian delegation taking part at the current 48th Damascus International Fair and the Syrian officials who promised to give every facilitation needed to support the Palestinian people in their just struggle and consolidating the relations between the two peoples.
On the other hand, al-Karnaz stressed that the Palestinian pavilion taking part in the Fair witnessed a great turn out by the Syrian people and officials, who showed their admiration over the Palestinian national produce of international standard quality.
