Morocco, Spain share ties of 'complicity', Spanish fm

Spanish foreign affairs minister, Josep Pique on Friday said Madrid and Rabat share ties of "complicity," noting his country "is keen on developing political relations with Morocco more than with any other country." The Spanish government is determined to have the closest, most fruitful and most prestigious ties possible with Morocco, despite juncture problems, Pique told the press in Madrid.
He recalled that Spain is the second major investor in Morocco after France.
