Butaflika to visit Tunisia today

The Algerian President Abdul Aziz Butaflika will today attend the inauguration of the 14th session of the Mediterranean games due to be held in Tunisia on September 2- 14.
Butaflika will be visiting Tunisia at the invitation of the Tunisian President Zein al-Abidin Bin Ali on the 50th anniversary of the Mediterranean Games which were held for the first time in 1951 in Alexandria, Egypt.
It is expected that Presidents Butaflika and Bin Ali will hold a round of political talks concerning relations between the two countries, the march of reviving the federation of the already- blocked Arab maghreb states because of the Polesario problem which calls for maintaining the independence of the Western Sahara from Morocco.
