Berri confers with UNIFIL commander

The speaker of the Lebanese parliament Nabih Berri on Wednesday in Beirut received Lalit Mohan Towari, commander of the UN forces working in Lebanon ( UNIFIL) in the presence of the officials spokesman for these forces Timor Goksil.
The two sides discussed developments of conditions in south Lebanon in light of the Israeli violations and aggressions against the Lebanese sovereignty.
Berri informed the UN General about Lebanon's position concerning the Israeli violations and the need of halting them.
The UNIFIL commander also held similar talks with the Lebanese prime minister Rafik al-Hariri.
