Al-Qaddafi gets a telephone call from 'central Africa' counterpart

Libyan President Muammar al-Qaddafi on Tuesday evening in Tripoli received a telephone call from President of the Republic of Central Africa during which stress was laid on strengthening bilateral relations between Libya and central Africa in all fields.
During the telephone call the two Presidents reviewed conditions in the African continent, the international conditions and means of enhancing the role of the African federation in the life of the African peoples.
