Private air flights between Syria, Iraq

The Lebanese daily al-Nahar issued on Wednesday said, quoting Syrian sources working in the sector of aviation that a special airline will run the first direct daily air flights between Damascus and Baghdad as from Saturday, the first of September.
The sources explained that the private company which circulated advertisement in Damascus has no links to both the Syria and the Iraqi airlines companies.
The paper said that the flights will take off on daily basis from Damascus airport at 20,00 H ( local time) in a direct flight to Baghdad.
