King Fahd confers with the committee of the Arab ministers of information

The Saudi King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz on Tuesday in Jeddah received chairman and members of the ministerial committee emerged from the urgent meeting of the Arab ministers of information held recently in Cairo.

During the meeting which was attended by the Syrian minister of information Adnan Omran, the Saudi King stressed his country's backing to implement a media plan aims to defend the Arab rights in confrontation of the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people.

The Saudi crown prince Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz met with members and chairman of the ministerial committee.

Worthy mentioning that the ministerial committee includes the ministers of information in Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and the commission of the media affairs in the Arab League.

The ministerial committee held a meeting on Tuesday morning in Jeddah. Saudi Arabia.

The participants in the meeting reviewed the media movement, media already set by the Arab ministers of information to support the Palestinian people uprising and the support for the Arab causes.

The meeting was attended by the Minister of information in Syria Adnan Omran, the Lebanese information minister Ghazi al-Areidi; who is also the chairman of the committee, the UAE minister of information Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed; Kuwait minister of information Sheikh Ahmad al- Fahd al-Sabah; the Saudi minister of information Madani Alaqi and the Arab league media affairs Hannan Ashrawi.

The ministerial committee will continue its visit to several Arab capitals to debate the topics of the media plan on the Arab leaderships.
