Diplomatic relations established between Syria and Belize

A protocol provided for the establishment of diplomatic relations between Syria and the state of Belize, situated in Central America was signed at the UN.
On the Syrian side, the protocol was signed by Syria's permanent representative at the UN Michael Wahbah and for Belize Stewart Lezly, the representative at the UN, in the presence of the representatives of the missions of Syria and Belize.
