Muscat to host the conference to counter economic globalization

Oman will host on February 6-18, 2002 a conference on the Arab world in confronting economic globalization. It is organized by the Omani national economy ministry in collaboration with the Euro- Arab studies center in France.
The Omani acting ministry of the national economy for economic affairs Abdul Malik Bin Abdullah al-Hana' said that the conference will deal with issues of concepts and legislation of economic globalization, the scientific economic forces, the world trade organization, the status of the Arab economy, the Informatics revolution and the financial and banking policies.
