Syrian source denies on expected visit of President al- Assad to Iraq

A well-informed Syrian source has denied news talking about an expected visit by the Syrian President Bashar al-Assad to Iraq, prepared for by the Syrian prime minister Muhammad Mustafa Miro during his recent visit to Baghdad.
In a statement issued on Monday by the London- based al- Sharq al-Awsat daily, the source described these news as totally groundless.
