India to oppose Israel's isolation at Durban's conference

The Indian daily " The Hindu " said on Monday that India will oppose any attempt to isolate Israel and to hold equal Zionism to racism at the UN conference against racism due to start its deliberations on Friday in Durban.
The paper said that the Indian government sees that the question of Zionism and racism has been dealt with in 1975 and 1991, before the UN general assembly and that Durban conference should carry out additional discussions to this effect.
The paper added that India have fears of the reflections of tension between the Arabs and Israel on Durban conference in south Africa and that it is ( India) ready to play the role of the broker so as the conference will not be a failure.
