Chirac, al-Hariri discuss conditions in the region

The French President Jacques Chirac and the Lebanese prime minister Rafik al-Hariri discussed developments of conditions in the Middle East and its grave reflections on stability in the region. This was during their meeting in Elysee Palace on Sunday.
In a statement, the French Presidency announced that the discussions also dealt with preparations for the Phrancophonic summit to be held in Beirut on October 26 and 28.
