Egypt achieves tangible progress in education

Egyptian Minister of education Hussein Kamal Bahaa Eddin, and heads of delegations participating in the international education conference of the nine most populous states in Beijing held a press conference during which they voiced thanks for Egypt for hosting the next conference.
The delegations said that Egypt had been unanimously selected to host this conference's session due to their appreciation to the efforts exerted by president Mubarak and Egypt's ministry of education to develop education.
The delegation also said that Egypt achieved tangible progress in the fields of education technology and distance learning.
On his part, minister of education, Hussein Kamal Bahaa Eddin, who is heading Egypt's delegation to the conference said that the world witnesses a new leap to provide education for all.
He added "The most popular states conference is important as the nine countries make up half of world's population."
