Arafat is always ready to negotiate with Israel

The chairman of the Palestinian Authority Yasser Arafat on Friday expressed readiness to start peace negotiations with Israel.
In statements to the press following his meeting with the chairman of the national society for the representatives of the Chinese people that he is at any time ready to start negotiations with Israel, adding that the latter ( Israel) is the one which refuses that.
Worthy mentioning that Arafta is currently visiting China with the aim to urge the Chinese leaders to play an effective role towards conditions in the occupied territories.
