Finnish contingent working within UNIFIL to withdraw from South Lebanon

Commander of the Finnish contingent working within UNIFIL (UN Interim Forces in South Lebanon ) Thimoy Gaal said on Friday that members of his contingent will ultimately withdraw from South Lebanon, upon the end of its works on the 10th of October this year.
Gaal thanked the Lebanese authorities and the local forces and the citizens for their co-operation in providing a success for the mission of the Finnish contingent, hoping that villages of south Lebanon will continue enjoying security and peace.
