Morocco's gymnastics champ injured in road accident

The gymnastics champion of Morocco, the Arab world and Africa, Naima El Ghouati, has been seriously injured in a road accident last Saturday, a source from the Moroccan royal gymnastics federation said.
Naima El Ghouati, 26, has underwent a surgical operation in a hospital in Marrakesh.
In the accident that occurred between Marrakesh and Youssoufia, the gymnast lost her mother and father, her sister and her nephew.
Naima El Ghouati is the first Arab and African champ having participated in the World championships in Indianapolis, USA, in 1991. She was also the only Arab and African gymnast in the world championships in Bercy, France, in 1992, and Birmingham, GB, in 1992 and in the Olympic games of Atlanta in 1996.
