King Abdullah visit Moscow

During his visit to Moscow on Monday, the Jordanian King Abdullah will discuss cooperation relations between the two countries especially in the military field and Jordan's buying of Russian weapons.
Jordanian circles pin great hope on the importance of this visit which will last for two days, hoping that this visit will open vast prospects of cooperation between the two countries in the fields of tourism, investment and manufacturing and as an advanced step toward developing bilateral relations between the two countries in various diplomatic, political, cultural, educational and trade fields.
The visit of the Jordanian King to Russia also falls in the course of the efforts exerted by King Abdullah II to develop Jordan's foreign relations and revitalize its role at the international level.
News reports said that discussions between the King and the Russian President Putin will center on conditions in the Middle East region and events taking place on the Palestinian territories and the possibility of sending UN observers to protect the Palestinians and means of halting the Israeli acts of violence on the Palestinians so as to resume peace negotiations.
