Arafat meets with Fischer

The Chairman of the Palestinian Authority Yasser Arafat on Tuesday in Ramullah met with the German foreign minister Yushka Fischer. Before his meeting with Arafat Fischer said he will propose to him several thoughts he had already proposed to the Israeli foreign minister Shimon Peres concerning what he called halting the acts of violence on gradual stages. The israeli radio reported.
