African junior athletics championships: 2 gold, 7 silver, 7 bronze for Morocco

Two gold, 7 Silver, 7 Bronze medals. Such is the harvest of the Moroccan team that took part in the 5th Africa junior athletics championships, held in Mauritius Island August 16-19.
The two gold medals were gleaned by two female athletes, Amal Tissir, who became Africa's champion in the 200 m race, and Amina Mouadden in discus throwing. Amal Tissir also won the silver medal in the 100 m race.
Seventeen young Moroccans, including 5 female athletes, took part in the championships.
