Taha Yassin heads for Sanaa

The Iraqi vice President Taha Yassin Ramadan will be heading for Sanaa next week on top of a high ranking delegation in an official visit to Yemen which will last for several days.
Press sources explained that the visit of the Iraqi vice President falls in the course of the efforts made by the Iraqi government to strengthen trade and economic cooperation between the two countries and discuss the possibility of increasing the Iraqi exports to Yemen as well as discussing means of holding joint venture projects.
The sources added that the Yemeni Cabinet approved in its periodical meeting last week the issue of establishing a free trade area between Yemen and Iraq and assigned his two ministers of legal affairs, industry and trade to take necessary measures to issue the draft agreement to this effect.
