Arab interior ministers council condemns Israeli aggression

The Council of Arab interior ministers condemned on Friday Israeli attacks on the Palestinian people, institutions and police and urged the international community to intervene and stop the aggression.

The council secretariat-general said in a statement that Israel was continuing its aggression on the Palestinian people and the national police, using means of mass destruction and liquidation against an unarmed people.

Israel is acting with arrogance, neglecting the international legitimacy and the international opinion. The closure of the Orient House in Al-Quds (Jerusalem), bids to judaize the holy city, storming the towns in the Palestinian national authority's regions constitute a dangerous escalation that jeopardizes the mideast peace process, the statement said.
