Al-Qaddafi visits Belarus by the end of this month

A government official in Belarus on Thursday announced that the Libyan President Muaammar al-Qaddafi will pay an official visit to Minsk by the end of this month August.
The Russian news agency Novosti on Thursday quoted the spokesman for the belarus foreign ministry Baval Latushka as saying that al-Qaddafi received an official invitation to visit Belarus during the visit held by the Belarus President Alexander Lukashinko to Libya, earlier. But the agency did not indicate the aim nor the period of the said visit.
