Mauritania opposition call for cutting relations with Israel

The Democratic front for Salvation and fighting normalization with Israel on Thursday called on the government of Mauritania to cut its relations with Israel and to convene a national reconciliation conference, release the political detainees and cancel the decisions provided for solving the political parties in the country.
News reports said that the front which includes political parties, intellectual trends and independent politicians, issued a statement in which it called for boycotting the legislative and municipal elections due to be held in October this year in case the government of Mauritania refused to fulfil their demands.
