Israeli settlers kill one Palestinian

The Palestinians on Thursday confronted attacks made by the Israeli army forces which broke into several areas and one Palestinian was killed and several others wounded in a new crime committed by the Israeli settlers on Thursday.

One Israeli soldier was wounded when an Israeli position near Rafah to the south of Gaza was attacked by several explosives, while one Israeli settler was wounded after his car was hit by stones and explosives when it was running near al-Raam cross- road to the north of Jerusalem.

In retaliation to the Israeli escalation, the Palestinian teenagers attacked Israeli positions and settlements.

One Palestinian driver was killed and other 6 were wounded to the south of Nablus when their car was attacked by stones they were riding and this resulted in the collision of the car.

Sources of the Palestinian Red Crescent said that a Palestinian rent car on Thursday near al-Sareyah village was exposed to an attack by a group of settlers and the driver Kamaal Saeed Muslim ( 53 year old) was killed and several others wounded when the car was collided.

Other five Palestinians were wounded when Israeli tanks bombarded a barrier for the Palestinian security forces in the West Bank and the Israeli forces arrested one of the activists of the Intifada ( Mahmoud Abu Khalta) in Nablus. Israeli sources said that the Israeli bombardment took place to the south of Doura village near Hebron following an exchange of fire between the Palestinian citizens and the Israeli occupation forces in this area. Other 8 Palestinians were wounded when two explosions took place on Thursday evening in Nablus in the West Bank.

Preliminary news reports said that the two explosions were an Israeli attempt to assassinate the activists of the Palestinian Intifada.

An Israeli army armored force broke into Kharsa area in Dawara village to the southern west of Hebron and destroyed one position for the Palestinian "force no 17" of the Palestinian Authority.

A Palestinian source said the Palestinians confronted the Israeli invading force, clashed with it and forced it to retreat.

The source added that the Israeli forces imposed a military siege on all areas surrounding the city of Hebron and cut electricity supplies from all Palestinian towns surrounding the city and prevented movement of entry or exit from the city and its suburbs.
