Bush slams Israeli strikes against Jenin

US President George W. Bush slammed late Tuesday the Israeli forces' incursion in the Palestinian West Bank town of Jenin. Bush branded as "provocative" the Israeli military operations against Jenin, reported the BBC.
He urged the Palestinians and Israelis to take necessary measures to restore calm in the region.
