Egyptian- Sudanese differences denied on reconciliation

The secretary of the people's committee for Libyan African Unity Ali al-Tureiki has denied differences between Cairo and Khartoum to convene a four- member summit to discuss the national reconciliation process in Sudan.
After his meeting on Sunday with the secretary general of the Arab league Amr Moussa, al-Tureiki stressed that the Libyan- Egyptian joint initiative has got the consent of all sides and is not in contradiction with IGAD initiative and that the aim by the ultimate end is to preserve the unity of Sudan and to reach a comprehensive reconciliation, noting the support of the African Unity Organization to the Egyptian- Libyan joint initiative concerning Sudan.
