African states sign minutes of meetings

The finance ministers in Sudan, Libya, Mali, Kenya, central Africa and Chad on Sunday evening signed minutes of their meetings dedicated to study the situation of the African Bank for Development and Commerce. The minutes of meeting approved increasing the capital of this bank which is considered one of the establishment of the countries of the coast and desert coalition.
The minutes of meeting also approved mending the coalition's basic system and appointing two deputies for its director general.
