The Secretary general of the Arab League Amr Moussa on Thursday considered that the non- movement of the international community towards conditions in the Middle East is behind the escalation of violence in the Middle East and the recent " suicide attack." Mousa told the press that " with our total rejection to killing innocent civilians where ever, the International community as a whole is responsible for the daily killing of innocent people."
