Al-Manar TV ( of the Lebanese Hizbullah Party) said that a secret organization which calls itself " Shurafaa al-Aurun " ( the honest people of Jordan) on Monday evening claimed responsibility for killing the Israeli merchant in Amman and described him as an " agent for the Israeli Mossad."

A statement released by the organization said that " a group representing the honest among the Jordanians on Monday assassinated an agent for the Israeli Mossad who works in one of the outskirts of Amman under the cover of a businessman."
