The International Monetary Fund (IMF) hailed the Egyptian government's recent measures taken to address the foreign exchange market, affirming that they (measures) will boost the competitiveness of Egypt's economy and raise exports and the country's rate of growth. A statement released yesterday by the IMF said devaluation the Egyptian pound by 6.5 percent against dollar and increasing the up and down margin space will provide extra flexibility to the Egyptian economy in a way that will keep pace with the current economic circumstances. One Israeli soldier was killed and two other strongly wounded when a Palestinian youth hit his car against the Israeli military vehicle which was carrying those Israeli soldiers on Beit Anoun road between Jerusalem and Hebron. Go

One Israeli was killed by bullet in Amman on Tuesday by unidentified gunmen in his flat in the 7th al-Dawar area in Amman. The Jordanian authorities started investigations in the killing operation amid strong security measures around the Israeli embassy and the Israeli diplomats in Amman. The Jordanian ministry of the Interior said that the killed Israeli ( a jeweller) is called Ezek Sneir. Go

An Israeli businessman was killed in Lagos ( Nigeria) on Monday at the hands of gunmen while he was entering his house. The spokesman for the Israeli embassy in Nigeria Sharon Boleshouk said that " the man was killed in front of his house in Ajah quarters," but he refused to disclose the name of the killed person, noting that the embassy is waiting for the report of the police to know the motives and conditions of the incident.
