King Mohammed receives credentials of US and Colombian ambassadors, says farewell to Egypt's ambassador

Morocco's King Mohammed VI received on Tuesday at the Royal palace here Mrs. Margaret Tutwiler who presented the sovereign her credentials as extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the USA to Morocco. The king also received Guillermo Salah Zuleta who presented him his credentials as Colombia's plenipotentiary ambassador to the Kingdom.

The sovereign then received Egypt's ambassador, Ahmed Amine Fathallah, who came to bid the sovereign farewell at the end of his mission in Morocco. The sovereign decorated the outgoing diplomat with the Grand Cordon of the Alawit Wissam distinction.

Foreign and cooperation minister, Mohamed Benaissa, head of the royal office, Mohamed Rochdi Chraibi, secretary of state for foreign affairs and cooperation, Taieb Fassi Fihri and the King's chamberlain, Brahim Frej, attended the meetings.
