Sudanese president to visit Uganda on August 19

Sudanese sources said that the Sudanese President Omar Hassan al-Bashir will on August 19 visit Uganda a the invitation of his Ugandan counterpart Yuri Moseveni to attend an economic summit in Kampala. The sources added that this summit will be also attended by several African leaders.
Sudanese dailies issued on Monday in Khartoum said that on the sideline of the summit, the Sudanese president will discuss Sudanese- Ugandan relations after the decisions taken by the two leaderships to exchange diplomats a the level of charge de affairs. This decision was taken during the visit held by President al-Bashir and his meeting with Uganda's president in Kampala in June.
