Al-Qaddafi gets a message from Butaflika
Libya-Algeria, Politics, 8/7/2001

Libyan President Muammar al-Qaddafi has received a message from the Algerian President Abdul Aziz Butaflika dealing with means of strengthening bilateral relations with the Arab Maghreb federation and the African federation.

The message was delivered by the Algerian Prime minister Ali Bin Flis during his meeting with the Libyan leader together with members of the Libyan- Algerian joint higher committee in the Libyan city of Sert on Monday.

Meantime, on the side line of works of the Libyan- Algerian higher joint committee, the secretary of the people's financial affairs ( finance minister) in Libya Al-Ojeili Abdul Salaam on Monday in Sert met with the Algerian finance minister Murad Mandas.

The two ministers discussed financial and economic cooperation between the two states and means of strengthening them for the interests of the two states and the al-Maghreb federation.
