Syrian- Japanese economic talks

Syrian deputy premier for economic affairs Khaled Raad on Sunday in Damascus received the first deputy for the Japanese foreign minister. Talks dealt with means of developing relations between the two countries especially in the economic areas, commercial exchange, holding joint investment projects and making use of the Japanese expertise in these fields.
Present at the meeting were the deputy foreign minister Suleiman Haddad and the Japanese ambassador in Damascus.
