Bajmal government to maintain a dialogue with the opposition

The Yemeni government has expressed its determination to maintain a dilaogue with the opposition parties and civil society organizations on proposals relating to amendments of the election law enforced at the meantime.
Yemeni official sources said that the next meeting between the Yemeni government and the opposition parties will be held on Saturday.
This announcement by the government was declared by the Yemeni cabinet which met under the chairmanship of prime minister Abdul Qader Bajmal in the frame of the weekly meeting held by the Yemeni government.
Meantime, the oppsoition parties which had taken a decision to freeze the dialogue with the government had not announced its position towards the initiative taken by the government.
A high ranking source in the opposition parties said that the leaderships in these parties will study the government's step and declare its position towards this matter, collectively.
However, the 17 opposition parties, mostly led by the Yemeni coalition party for reform, the Yemeni Socialist party and the Naserite people's unionist party stressed efforts to create a healthy media atmosphere that reflects the dialogue, cope with it and help it to reach constructive results.
