Jordanian authorities arrested 6 Palestinians

The United Arab Emirates UAE daily al-Bayan on Tuesday quoted well-informed sources in al-Baqaa camp in Jordan that the Jordanian security forces, two weeks ago arrested 6 youths from the camp, close to the Fatah movement including Lt. Gen. Ahmad Khreis who is working in the Palestinian naval forces. The 6 Palestinians were arrested two days after their return back from Syria.
The sources told the paper that the Jordanian authorities refused the request made by the families of the detainees to visit them.
The past period of time witnessed vast summing on operations by the Jordanian intelligence of many members of the Palestinian organizations and those close to them.
