Israel can not stand long in face of the world

In a dangerous escalation in the Palestinian territories recalling the ill fated visit by Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon to AL Haram AL Sharif in Jerusalem, Israeli occupation troops stormed AL Aqsa Mosque court. The Israel troops fired tear gas bomb and rubber bullets leaving a number of Palestinians wounded, few hours after Jewish extremists laid down a symbolic foundation stone for the third temple mount in front of AL Magharebah door near AL Aqsa mosque in a ceremony which lasted for many minutes amidst intensive security measures.
The Palestinian National Authority (PNA)blamed the Israeli government for the dangerous status quo.
On its part, Egypt warned Tel Aviv that it could not stand long alone in the face of the Whole world.
Press reports on the latest developments quote eyewitnesses as saying that hundreds of Israeli soldiers stormed A1 Aqsa Mosque court under the claim that hundreds of the Palestinians who happened to be in the Mosque stoned Jewish worshippers at AL Boraq wall.
Witnesses said occupation troops fired tear gas bombs and rubber bullets to disperse those who gathered since the early morning to defend A1 Aqsa Mosque in the face of Jewish extremists.
Israeli radio said six Israeli soldiers and 13 Palestinian soldiers were injured.
However, witnesses said the number of the Palestinians who were injured was more than the number cited.
Reuters said an Israeli helicopter was flying over AL Aqsa Mosque, as clashes were raging among Israeli soldiers and Palestinians.
The agency said occupation troops put scores of barricades around the gates of AL Aqsa Mosque for preventing Palestinians from having an access to the mosque.
Israeli police deployed reinforcements outside Jerusalem in order to prevent Palestinians of the West Bank from heading for occupied Jerusalem.
Reporting from Gaza, AL Ahram says the Palestinian leadership held Israel responsible for current developments in Jerusalem.
A spokesman for the Palestinian leadership warned Israeli government against the risks inherent in allowing the temple mount faithful to embark on such action.
Nabil Abu Redina, the advisor to the Palestinian Leader Yassar Arafat called on international community and the United States to put pressure on Israel to abandon provocation's, and underlined the need for the accelerated dispatch of international observers to eliminate the atmosphere of tension which has been created by extremists in Israel.
