Maher denies Egypt taking any measures against Israel

Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Maher denied yesterday reports carried by Al-Jazeerah Satellite Channel that Egypt intends to take some measures against Israel.
Maher said "if Egypt wants to take any measures, it will take them in the daylight and announce them immediately." Maher asked Al-Jazeerah channel to be more accurate.
"Egypt will always work for bringing about a just and comprehensive peace, sure for this purpose the means it always announce and will not take any measures in the dark," Maher said.
Al-Jazeerah channel reported that Egypt would take a number of measures to get Israel to agree on deploying international observers in the Palestinian lands, including suspending all political contacts with Israel and restricting the number of Israelis entering Egypt.
