Jordan imposes prior entry visa on the Lebanese

A Jordanian official said on Thursday that the Lebanese citizens who wish to visit Jordan can not get their entry visa to Jordan at the border point, as from the beginning of August and they have to apply for prior requests to get them.
The Jordanian official who asked not to be identified told reporters:" we have taken this decision according to the principle of reciprocated measure," in remarks to a similar decision taken by Lebanon.
The Jordanian official added that this measure will not, at any rate, affect the Jordanian- Lebanese relations, rather to observe persons visiting the two countries.
