On Riyadh Seif's forum

The United Arab Emirates UAE daily al-Khaleij ( the Gulf ) said on Tuesday that member of the People's Assembly ( parliament) Riyadh Seif announced that his forum which is called the " national dialogue forum" will resume its works in September at his house.
Seif told the paper that the seminars will be as before to deal with basic issues of concern to citizens.
Seif indicated that the new breakthrough of the Forum will be apart from his personal trait as a member at the Syrian People's Assembly.
He denied that the return back of the forum will be at a " special licensing " from the government.
