The Jordanian- Bahraini joint higher committee

The Jordanian prime minister Ali Abu al-Ragheb has conveyed in his official visit to Bahrain he started on Sunday and will last for several days a message from the Jordanian King Abdullah II to the governor of Bahrain Sheikh Hamad Bin Issa al-Khaleifa.

The message related to bilateral relations and means of developing them, latest developments on the Palestinian arena and the Israeli escalation against the Palestinian people and the institutions of the Palestinian authority.

Abu al-Ragheb will preside over the Jordanian side to the meetings of the joint Jordanian- Bahraini joint committee which his held in al-Manama and Sheikh Salman al-Khaleifa ( prime minister in Bahrain ) will preside over his country's delegation to these meetings.

During these meetings several agreements will be signed in the health and political fields, transport, labor, establishing joint free zone areas, a free trade agreement, and agreements on avoiding double taxation. A joint council for the private sector between the two states will be formed.
