The Spanish ministers council gave on Friday the green light to the conclusion of a Moroccan-Spanish agreement on Labor, to be signed next Wednesday. The accord, similar to the ones signed by Spain with Equator and Columbia, is conform to the cooperation and friendship links between the two countries, Spanish official sources said.
